Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

You have 15 days to return your order and we offer a full refund when respecting the following;

- The swimwear is in perfect condition and unused.
- The protective hygiene sticker AND hangtag must not be removed.
- The article must not be washed by the customer.
- The return should be handled in the same country initially delivered.
- Any returns must be in its original packaging (the zipper bag).

We will analyze the return article and if all of the above is respected we will immediately proceed the refund.

Please note that customer is responsible for shipping costs of the return article.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

DHL Express delivery will take around 3-4 business days.
