Shipping & Returns
Shipping may take in between 2 to 10 business days depending on the destination. If you haven't received your order after 10 days, please contact us: email@example.com with subject "order delay". We will help you on that matter.
Orders are processed and shipped within1 to 2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders received during the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Prices include VAT but do not include potential custom fees. These costs are determined by each country and we have no control over them. Customers are responsible for import taxes and duties for their countries.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of returns.
RETURNS & REFUND.
You have 15 days to return the article(s) from the day you receive the order and we offer a full refund when respecting the following;
- The swimwear is in perfect condition and unused.
- The protective hygiene sticker AND hangtag must not be removed.
- The article must not be washed by the customer.
- Any returns must be in its original packaging, its zipper bag.
Return cost is at the expense of the customer.
Once we have received the article(s) and analyzed its condition we will proceed to refund.
SAMPLE AND END OF STOCK SALES: NO RETURN, NO REFUND POLICY.
Once customers make a purchase of a sample sale item or enjoy a end of stock sale, they will not be able to return the order for refund or replacement. No monetary refunds will be given for any reason, though alternative refund may be offered, such as store credit. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
